You enter this agreement as a business, not as a consumer. Consumer protection and the fourteen-day withdrawal period therefore don't apply here. What applies is what's written below.

what the deposit is

The 490 CZK deposit holds your spot in the first wave. What you get for it:

• A spot in the first wave of providers in Brno.
• Access to the treatuj app in the first wave, and setting up your profile together
• The subscription price locked for 24 months from launch.
• A direct line to me while the app is being built.

The deposit counts toward the payment for the first month of the subscription. You don't pay it on top. And you only pay on top once the app is live.

when we refund the deposit

I'll refund the full deposit in three cases:

• I don't launch the app by 1 March 2027.
• The project fails.
• You write to me that you no longer want the spot — any time before launch.

I refund it to the account the deposit came from, no later than within 14 days. You don't have to justify anything and you lose nothing.

what I promise and what I don't

The app is still being built. Let's be honest from the start about what that means.

• Features may change. What you see on the web is intent, not a final list.
• The launch date may shift. If it does, I'll write to you myself — before you have to ask.
• I don't guarantee enterprise-grade stability. It's too early for that, and promising an SLA would be a lie.
• I'm not liable for lost profit or for damage caused by downtime.

What I do promise: no surprises. No change to the price, features or timeline you won't know about in advance.

The subscription starts on the day of launch, not the day of the deposit. You can cancel any time to the end of the paid month — an email is enough, no forms, no hard feelings.

This price is valid for founding salons. Pricing for others will be announced well in advance.

personal data

I collect only what I can't do without: your name, email, phone and billing details. I use them to get in touch, set up your account and issue an invoice. I never sell them and never forward them to anyone.

You can write to me any time at jacob@treatuj.app and I'll show you the data, correct it, or delete it. Deleting means deleting, not archiving.

I'm required by law to keep invoicing records for 10 years. That's the only exception.

Everything you set up in the app — bio, services, prices, photos, opening hours — is created there. That data is yours, not mine. I never sell it, lend it, or use it for anything other than making the app work for you. I only look at it when you ask for help, or when debugging an issue you've reported.

The app runs on Google Firebase, so the data physically sits on Google's servers. Google is just a processor — it processes the data on my instructions and may not use it for anything of its own. The servers are in the EU.

validity

These terms are effective from 1 October 2026. The version that applies to you is the one that was on the web on the day you sent the deposit.

If I change them, I'll email you at least 30 days in advance. If you don't like the new version, you can leave and get a pro-rata refund of the subscription you've paid.

Relations not governed by these terms follow Czech law, in particular the Civil Code.
