This isn't a blanket you-agree-to-everything statement. It's a plain description of what data I process about you, why, who I pass it on to, and how long I keep it.

contact form
When you write to me through the contact form, I process your name, email, optionally your phone number, and whatever you put in the message — just so I can reply. None of it goes into a database: your message lands straight in my inbox as an email, sent through Resend (resend.com). Once I've replied, it lives on only in that email thread, not in some separate store.
The legal basis is my legitimate interest in replying to a message you sent me yourself (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
spam & bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form in the background to make sure a bot isn't sending it. You won't see a "prove you're human" box — it runs invisibly and only looks at technical browser signals, not what you wrote. site traffic (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
I measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics — no tracking cookies, nothing that can identify you personally. I just see aggregate numbers (how many visits, from where, what device), nothing tied to who you are.

how long I keep it
- Contact form: nothing goes in a database — it lives only as an email in my inbox, for as long as that conversation stays relevant. Delete the message, delete the data.
- Analytics: aggregated, no personal identification, kept per Cloudflare Web Analytics' standard practice.
your rights
You can ask to see your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict how it's processed, or object to it. Since I don't store contact-form messages in a database, deletion in practice means deleting the specific email with your message.
If you think I'm handling your data unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
cookies
This site doesn't use tracking cookies for marketing or profiling. Cloudflare Web Analytics runs without cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile doesn't use cookies for cross-site tracking either — see the link to its policy above for the details.
changes to this policy
I'll update this from time to time — say, when a new feature lands on the site. Whatever's here is the current version.
